At Stombeo Ventures Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery.
- Opened electronic items, accessories, or consumables once the seal is broken.
- Customized, assembled, or special-order products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@stombeoventures.store with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or courier return.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Note: Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or a full refund, as applicable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stombeoventures.store with clear images or a short video of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
- You may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
7. Non-Returnable Products
- Opened or used electronic products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Consumables and accessories such as cables, batteries, adapters, or components.
- Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we will bear the shipping cost.
- For all other reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
