Cancellation Policy

At Stombeo Ventures Private Limited, we value your time and trust. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we strive to make the process simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation:

Once approved, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped cannot be canceled.

However, you may request a return or exchange after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cancellation by Stombeo Ventures Private Limited

In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel or delay an order due to:

  • Unavailability of stock or selected size
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Payment failures or suspected fraudulent activity
  • Unforeseen logistical or operational issues

If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Card / UPI / Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable as payment is made at the time of delivery.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Cancel an Order

To ensure faster processing, please send your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.

6. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Orders below ₹3000 attract a ₹150 shipping fee.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.
  • Orders of ₹3000 and above qualify for free shipping.
